Custom server questions

How is a custom server priced?+
Your quote lists each part. Some are one-time, like setup work, and the rest is a monthly or yearly fee. You see the full price before you pay anything.
How do I pay?+
From your prepaid wallet, topped up by card. When you accept, we take the setup fee and the first month or year. After that, the recurring fee is taken from your wallet at the start of each period.
How long does it take?+
Your quote says how many days the build takes after you accept. Many setups are ready within a few business days; larger or specialized hardware can take longer.
Is there a minimum term?+
Some setups have one, for example a year for special hardware. If there is, it is shown on the quote before you accept.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time and the service ends at the end of the period you have paid for, or at the end of the minimum term if that is later.
Which regions can I choose?+
US East, EU Central or US West — or tell us you have no preference and we'll suggest the best fit.
