Billing questions

How is hourly billing calculated?+
Each server is charged for every hour (or part hour) it exists, at the plan's hourly price. Once a server's charges for the calendar month reach the monthly price, it stops being charged for the rest of that month.
How are custom sizes priced?+
Each part has a monthly price: shared or dedicated vCPU, memory per GB and NVMe disk per GB. Add them up for the monthly price; the hourly price is that divided by 730. Traffic is included and grows with memory. Like plans, a custom server never costs more than its monthly price in a calendar month.
Do stopped servers cost money?+
Yes — a stopped server still holds its disk and IP address, so it is billed the same as a running one. Delete it to stop charges. Snapshots are billed separately per GB-month.
Which currency am I billed in?+
US dollars. Your wallet, top-ups and all charges are in US dollars, and you pay by credit or debit card.
What is the minimum top-up?+
Your first top-up must be at least $10. After that you can top up any amount.
Can I get a refund?+
Email billing@hosting.kasadaai.com and we will look at it — unused wallet credit can usually be returned to the original payment method. See the terms of service.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Prices are shown before tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax in your state, it is added and shown at checkout before you pay.
